We deliver our bouquets from Monday to Sunday between 08:00 - 21:00. You can choose the delivery date and time when placing your order. We will do our best to deliver your flowers on time and our managers will contact you immediately in case of any emergency. If no delivery time is specified, we will deliver the flowers at our normal delivery hours.
If you need to change the delivery date or time, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to fulfill your request as quickly as possible.
We deliver flowers every day of the week, including weekends and holidays. However, in some countries and cities, delivery may not be available on certain public holidays. In these cases, please check with our managers to see if we can deliver your order on time.
We offer three delivery methods: Standard Delivery, Next Day Delivery and Same Day Delivery. You can choose the delivery method when placing your order. Delivery charge and estimated delivery time will be displayed before confirming your order.
We can deliver your flowers to hotels, restaurants and other public places. Please make sure you provide the correct address and room number when placing your order. We will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery if you provide us with incomplete or incorrect information.
If the bouquet you purchased is significantly different from the one you ordered, you can request a refund. To get a refund, please send us the photos of the received bouquet within 24 hours of delivery. We will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
